General Information

 

Booking

• The full amount is payable at the time of booking a course to confirm a place.

• Booking forms must be completed by mums-to-be/parents/carers attending any Cocoon & Bloom course and emailed with the signed terms and conditions and Covid-19-declaration before the start of the course.

• It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform the instructor of any changes to the consent form on a weekly basis.

 During class

• Please be mindful of others in the class, please arrive on time and notify me if you may be late or cannot attend.

• Please have mobile phones on silent/vibrate and limit phone use and phone calls during class.

• Please be aware that any information shared by members of the class should be treated as confidential and not shared beyond the group.

Photographs

• You are welcome to take photographs of your baby during a baby massage or yoga class. You may only take photographs of yourself and your own child. If another family raises concerns that they or their baby have been photographed without their consent, you will be asked to delete the image.

• If you take any photographs of your child and you are happy to have them shared to our social media and website please email them to us. Alternatively, please share to your social media page and tag @cocoon.and.bloom

• We may ask to take photographs during class; this will be to use on social media, our website and any promotional work we create. Your baby will never be shown naked in the photo. You will have the option to decline to be in any photo, and this will be on your booking form.

 

Refunds & class cancellations

• In the unlikely event that we should have to cancel a class we will give you as much warning as possible via email (or mobile if you have consented for this). Where possible we will endeavour to reschedule the class, allow you to attend another class for free or offer you a full refund.

• If a class or one-off workshop needs to be rescheduled for 'Acts of God' i.e. snow or covid and the attendee is unable to attend the alternative date, no refund will be provided. If it is not possible to reschedule the session, a refund will be provided.

• Refunds are at Cocoon & Bloom's discretion. No refunds are issued for missed classes without being agreed in advance.

Other

• Your contact information and family details will not be shared with any third parties. We reserve the right to update fees and terms and conditions in the future.

• Cocoon & Bloom and class venue owners cannot accept liability for items lost or stolen whilst on the premises. Please leave valuables at home.
  Lost property will be kept for 24 hours before being disposed of.

Aquanatal terms of booking and conditions of attendance

• Your booking will be for a course of classes which is non-cancellable and non-refundable. We are unable to provide a refund for a missed class.

• Please arrive promptly at the time advised in your booking confirmation email. This will allow enough time to use the changing rooms and to discuss any changes to your pregnant/medical circumstances with the instructor prior to getting in the pool. It may be that after discussion, it is recommended that you do not participate in the class until seeking medical advice. 

• There will be time after the class to chat with the other class members/instructor. Although we aim for the class to be enjoyable, fun and relaxing, please limit discussions etc until after the class has finished. 

• If at any time you feel unwell during the class, please speak to the instructor immediately. You are welcome to get out of the pool for a drink/rest/toilet break at any time.

 

Baby Massage and Baby Yoga terms of booking and conditions of attendance

• If you cannot attend a class during the term it may be possible for you to switch for that same class during the next term, only if there is availability.

• If you cannot attend a class and do not inform us in advance via text or email then this counts as a missed class/no show and cannot be switched for another class during the term or be refunded.

• It is not possible to book for a partial term.

• There may be times when it might be unsafe for you to partake in a class in line with the booking health questionnaire, and full explanation will be given.

• As classes take place on the floor, please wear comfortable clothing for this class.
